Returnable Items Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below: 1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. 2. Items received in the incorrect size/ color. 3. Undamaged and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving. Contact our Support Centeras soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations. If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 3 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost. Non- Returnable Items We will not accept returns in the following conditions: 1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame. 2. Broken by customer, Damaged, used or misused items. 3. Items under the following categories: Derma roller, are not covered by the warranty. Notes: All returns must be authorized by the AleoBeauty Team via the Support Center. Returned item without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
